It’s starting to seem like all the recent news is coming from Amazon, haha. The new Desire S, one of the new phones debuted at MWC 2011, now has a release date on Amazon’s UK website of April 18th. The site also lists it at a price of £419.99, roughly $677, which seems steep but the device is also being sold off contract without a sim card.
