HTC One Mini Spotted Getting Certified In China

htc one miniI think it’s a generally accepted fact that at some point in the very near future (within the month most likely), HTC will be announcing and releasing the smaller version of its flagship HTC One, the HTC One Mini. Even though it hasn’t been officially announced, it’s still been spotted countless time, and this time it’s been spotted going for TENAA certification in China, presumably a similar body to the FCC.

The model number attached to this certification is 601e, which looks very similar to the model numbers assigned to some other HTC phones like the Desire 600 range, featuring model names like 606w, 608t and 609d. Unusually though, the device detailed here looks to only be capable of using one SIM card, which is highly unusual for a phone in China.

It should be only a matter of days before HTC announces the One Mini, but who is already eagerly waiting for its release? Let us know if you are in the comments.
