ICS toting Motorola RAZR HD spotted in China

It seems like it has been ages since we have seen any blurry cam shots of a new device. I can remember back in the day when it was the norm. now a new blurry cam shot of the Motorola RAZR HD has slipped out for the work to gawk at. In either a bad or a good way. We aren’t sure just yet. Rocking model number MT887, it matches the EXIF data posted in a Picasa album by a not so careful Motorola Engineer. The device is currently sporting Android 4.0.3, and is reported to be showing off a 4.3-inch 720p HD screen. With a screen like that, we can only hope Motorola was smart enough to take the 3,300 mAh battery from the MAXX and drop it inside. We are sure it will be a built-in battery yet again and most likely have two storage sizes to purchase.

I find it a little funny that HTC took to the streets and released too many devices last year and suffered for it and now Motorola with have three RAZR variants in multiple colors and storage sizes out in well under a year. What do you guys think? Has Motorola lost their minds? Are they banking too much on the revival of the RAZR name and hoping to relive its glory days? If they don’t slow down a bit I think all these new variants are going to back fire, both for Motorola and Verizon.
