As if it wasn’t already bad enough that many major networks are blocking Google TV devices from accessing their content, FOX.NET had joined the fray and added a block of it’s own. Â There have been work arounds previously posted that allow for simple browser changes to gain access to blocked content but the FOX network is apparently blocking the Google TV devices by using the Flash ID of the device, which is not as easy to work around.
So the PlayOn software we previously reported on is looking like the best option until the networks and Google get their act together.
