If you have yet to receive the latest OTA update currently rolling out the the HTC Droid Incredible and you’re looking to root your device, we suggest you hold off installing the update as the Unrevoked rooting method doesn’t work on it as the update brings a patch for the security exploit used in the Unrevoked rooting process. If you haven’t installed the update yet, root away.
We’re sure the the latest update will be cracked soon, but until then you’ll be out of luck.
