A few weeks ago, a pre-release build of Android 4.3 for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was leaked out by SamMobile, but though it included many features ported over from the Galaxy S4 and Note 3, that build appeared to be far from finished. Today, another build has been leaked out, but seeing as the expected released date for Android 4.3 on the Note 2 was to be within this week, the build is expected to be very close to the finished product. That’s not to say that this is the final build as further changes may go in before Note 2 owners see the OTA update, but it should give a pretty good indication of what it will be like.
This leaked software build is good for Note 2’s with model number GT-N7100; if you’re lucky enough to have this model, you can download the test build here:

The instructions to install it as seen on SamMobile are:
INSTRUCTIONS
– Extract (unzip) the firmware file
– Download Odin3 v3.09 (From here or here)
– Extract Odin .ZIP file
– Open Odin3 v3.09
– Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
– Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
– Add AP_N7100XXUEMK4_2099172_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5Â to AP
– Add BL_N7100XXUEMK4_2099172_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5 to BL
– Add CP_N7100DDEMJ9_REV08_CL1423182.tar.md5Â to CP
– Add CSC_ODD_N7100ODDEMK1_2099172_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5Â to CSC
– Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
– Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
– If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
– Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
– Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
– Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!
