To the best of my knowledge, LG won’t be doing a big announcement like Samsung at Mobile World Congress next week. That doesn’t mean they don’t have things to announce and show off though. LG has just dropped their mid-tier line-up in a press release this morning outlining not one, but four new mid-range devices. The line up is expected to be globally launched this week in select markets. Each of the devices processors could vary depending on the market they are heading to.
I can’t say they look terrible. They are certainly LG devices without pushing the design bounds outside of what we see in current models like the LG G3. They brought a line-up that covers all the major screen size option that many love. It will be interesting to see what networks pick up which device and what they will be priced at. You can expect some coverage off all four next week from those attending MWC.
