We now know that the LG G2 is going to be LG’s next flagship, but we’re still waiting for the official announcement event in New York in August. Even so, that’s not going to stop the leaked photos from flowing. This time, we get a leaked photo from Duam which actually gives us a good look at the battery in the G2.
As you can see in the leaked photo above, the lithium ion battery in the LG G2 will be a 2610mAh battery, which when coupled with what is suspected to be a 5.2-inch display, seems to be a little small; for reference, the Samsung Galaxy S4’s battery is 2,600mAh, and while you might not think the screen difference would matter much, when you consider that power consumption from the display is always the highest, this could end up affecting the maximum battery life.
Does this information change anybody’s mind? Or do all the other potential features outweigh this? Let us know what you think about this new leak in the comments.
