LG Thrill updates to Gingerbread

The update history of Android is sub-par at best. While we can hope and dream that carriers and manufacturers deliver us timely updates and launch devices with the most current OS available, we know that just isn’t going to happen. a late comer to the scene is the LG Thrill. It offered some pretty cool features and some great 3D capabilities. Sadly, it launched with Froyo on board. Updating is pretty simple, you will need you phone, data cable and access to a PC. From there, head over to LG’s website and pick up the Support Tool. Follow the instructions and you should easily be updated to Gingerbread.
