Samsung has been long attached to be the first ones to tackle flexible OLED displays, and they even showed the YUOM display back at CES. Since then, Samsung has been running into production problems with these displays, and it seems that another OEM is going to beat them to the punch.
LG plans on launching flexible OLED displays by the end of the year, which Samsung was planning to as well, but problems have arose.  The YUOM displays are still going to be rigid, shatter proof, and maybe a slight bend to it, but nothing too extraordinary. They were hoping to get those out by the end of the year, but they are having some internal struggles similar to their Exynos 5 problems. So it looks like LG is going to have a leg up on the competition with their displays, but I wonder just how flexible they will be. My guess is that they will be similar to the YUOM display, and not fully on bendable displays like we have seen in mock up videos. Let us know what you guys think.
