LG’s Dual-Core Tegra 2 device due in 2011 known as LG Star

The device you see above resembles that Verizon LTE device we saw a couple weeks back, but the device picture here features a few physical differences we’re sure will be ironed out by launch. We just learned that LG’s Optimus One had just sold over 1 million device in its first 40 days of life and this goes to show you that LG can create a high-end smartphone.

Known at the moment as the LG Star, the sleek device you see above is said to feature a 4-inch display which we’ve seen on the Samsung Galaxy S line of devices. This device is said to be dual-core and will be running NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 chipset and features an 8-megapixel camera that record 1080p HD quality, powered by a 1500mAh battery. All I can say is, me wants. What do you all think of this device?

We’re hoping this device gets shown off at CES in January giving us a little insight to this powerful device.
