The Cincinnati Zoo, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, is the second oldest zoo in the United States. It spans over 65 acres and has 27 different exhibit areas, with more exhibits planned. I’ve never been to the Cincinnati Zoo, but that does sound like a lot of ground to cover. Luckily, zoo-goers now have an Android app at their disposal to help them them with their visit.
In addition to a grounds map, the zoo app also features GPS awareness, daily schedules, videos, podcasts, as well as exhibit and animal information.
AVAI Ventures, the developer of the application, also have an app available for the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Washington. Â Seattlites and other visitors can enjoy all the same features when they visit Woodland Park.
