We’re huge fans of the MOGA controllers here at AndroidStory; just read our review of the MOGA Pro controller. As the review says, the Pro is pretty much as good as it gets playing games with a Bluetooth gaming controller. Well, MOGA isn’t going to rest on their laurels, announcing a new line of MOGA Power Series controllers that they’re going to show off at E3. They look to be revamped bodies for the current Pocket and Pro controllers and they look pretty damn good.
These two new Power Series controllers will also introduce a new feature to MOGA controllers: MOGA Boost. This technology will allow you to charge your mobile device as you play, and I’m guessing that’s what the four blue LEDs on the controllers are for. What this entails in terms of additions to the controllers hasn’t been made obvious, but it would likely involve a micro USB cable and a bigger battery in the controller.
The controllers will be available in the American fall this year, but hopefully we’ll be able to get a hands on at E3 next week. What do you think of the new controllers and MOGA Boost? Let us know your thoughts below.
