Motorola Caught on a Shopping Spree, 5 New Domain Names purchased

When big companies start picking up domain names that all include the same word or words in them, we get suspicious and excited. The giant has registered 5 various domain names all containing the word “KORE”. It is speculated that this might be the next big tablet from Motorola. Not that the XOOM is anywhere near ending its shelf life. With Motos current Misspelling of names, it is likely that the “KORE” could in fact be another tablet. There have been rumors of a 4:3 aspect ration tablet in the works. Only time will tell. Im considering bookmarking these domain names and hitting refresh every couple of days to see what goes up.

The names include MotorolaKore.com, KoreMotorola.com,  Moto-kore.com, MotoKore.com, and Motorola-Kore.com.

I bet it gets pretty frustrating for carriers and OEM’s to always get caught doing something they are trying to keep secret. We still don’t know enough to really worry about the registrations though. We might not hear about this for another 6 months. It is still interesting though.
