Motorola Droid 2 Global Snags a Gingerbread Leak via RootzWiki

There is no doubt in my mind that we have some the most talent and watchful members in the world. No matter what device it is or what leak it is, members of the community seem to get their hands on things and share it better than any other group of out there. Which brings us to the latest leak to hit the forums.

RootzWiki member, aceoyame, got his hands on a leaked build of Gingerbread for the Droid 2 Global. Here are a few words from aceoyame –

Here is system update 4.5.606 for the Droid 2 Global! It is not rooted yet but everything else works! You will NEED to be at stock .330 and you CANNOT have ANY form of recovery whatsoever installed.
I recommend you SBF to .330 or .29 (and update to .330) If you have recovery or are at .29 it WILL FAIL.

Download it here and then take the 2.4.330 zip out and rename it to update.zip and place on your SD and then hold X as you turn the phone on and then hit the magnifying glass and choose to install it!

You better hurry and go snag this if you want it. Motorola is bound to lodge a C&D fairly quickly to keep this out of the right hands. Head on over to aceoyame’s RootzWiki thread to snag the download.
