Have you been sweating bullets wondering if your precious limited edition R2-D2 DROID 2 would ever see an update? After hearing the news that the original DROID 2 and the DROID 2 Global both received Gingerbread update, I would be too. Thankfully, they didn’t forget about you extra special limited edition owners. According to a few users on Phandroid, the Gingerbread update for your device is starting roll out to users. Expect a few weeks for all you guys to get the update of course.
