This is the second OTA update to hit the Droid X in less than a month. The updates file was 18Mb, but Phil, from Android Central, explains that his device is still an Android 2.1 update1. With the update to 1.13.604 from 1.13.516, Phil cannot see any noticeable change in the device. The Droid X is getting ready to launch on July 15th and is being hyped up much like the HTC Evo. Do you blame them? This is definitely a monster device.
