It looks like most of you Motorola Milestone users in Latin America were not too happy with Motorola’s previous news that your device would not be seeing the Android 2.2 update. Well, you might want to know that Motorola has listened and is now taking another look at getting you that update. They have changed their update status to “under evaluation” and has sent this statement via Twitter:
“To realize the call made by you guys [we] decided to reassess the possibility of upgrading the Milestone w / Android 2.2″ “We are working together with our partners and thus q we have news, you guys will be the first to know!â€
If the grammar errors confuse you, this statement was translated from Portuguese. It is good to know that Motorola actually listened to what you all had to say. Maybe they can come up with a solution to bring you that upgrade.
