Motorola Switching It Up And Going After Apple With A Lawsuit

So many times, we usually hear that Apple is suing something that is Android based. Well it is time to fire back. This time it is Motorola suing Apple for some good ole’ infringement. How do you like the taste of them apples! APPLE! Motorola is going after Apple in German court and it is looking like the judge is leaning towards Motorola.

This infringement is concerning iCloud. What? No way! Yeah not iCloud in its entirety, but around email and data sync between Apple’s cloud services and iOS devices. No decision has been made just yet, but Apple has claimed that this would cost them 2.7 billion, which they want from Motorola for a little collateral damage. So basically if the case reaches the appeal stage, Motorola would have to pay this to Apple. Like I said, the judge seems to be leaning towards Motorola so it is looking like Apple will be the ones to pay that huge chunk of money. Can you guys just send a couple million our way? I am sure it would not even cause a dent in your guys’ bank.
