Looks like the LG-V510 mystery device evleaks stated was a Nexus tablet has been solved today. Evleaks was almost correct on the tablet being a Nexus, but it turns out it will be a Google Play Edition LG G Pad 8.3. This information was found out by the source zip file that was downloaded from the device, and two of the files on there were labelled “G-Pad 8.3 Google Play Edition”. Doesn’t get much clearer than that.
Now you can imagine that this Google Play Edition G Pad will have the exact same specs as the regular one, so you are looking at 8.3 HD Display, 1.7 GHZ Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB or RAM, and a 4600mah battery. Im sure we will find out more information in the coming weeks about this tablet, so stay tuned.
UPDATE: LG just announced the Google Play Edition LG G Pad 8.3. It will be available starting today in the Play Store for $350.
