Is it Moto X time? Recently we have heard rumors about Motorola going the way of the Galaxy. Not just have one Moto X phone, but several. Create a new brand name to bring some competition to the Galaxy S line. Today it seems that three Motorola phones with interesting names have shown up. This could possibly be the start of it all.
First we have “Ghost”. Speculations suggest that this is the XT912A model number that showed up last week. GLBenckmarks suggest AT&T branding, so we know for sure this device will be on their network. Specs include a 1.7 GHZ quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro, 720p HD display, and it will be running Android 4.2.1.
Next we have the “Yeti”. Apparently this device will also be running on the AT&T network, and the only other piece of information gathered, is the fact that it will be running Android 4.2.
Last, but certainly not least, we have the “Sasquatch”. Again, AT&T is supposed to be the only carrier confirmed to have this one, which I guess AT&T is really looking to have Motorola phones as their main line of devices. No specs announced, just that it will be running Android 4.2.2. You would kind of think that if these were Moto X phones, they would all be running Android 5.0.
So these mystery devices just might be the first round of Moto X phones to be released, yet they could just be new high, mid, and low-ranged phones Motorola is planning on releasing. Let us know what you guys think.
