As with all massive updates, Sprint’s OTA containing the new Froyo update for it’s Samsung Epic users is taking some time to get out. However, for those of you willing to get a little more hands-on with the anticipated revision can jump in right now. Thanks to Android Central Forums adviser Paul627g, Epic users now have the option of flashing the new update with Odin without having to wait for Sprint to deliver it via OTA. This version of the update is the same thing Sprint is rolling out however it has been pre-rooted for you. Instructions and download links can be found at the Android Central Forums.
