New line of headphones launched by Coloud, sure to impress and never Disappoint

We don’t always put out all that many announcements about new accessories when they land in our inbox. We usually try to nail down a review unit and give you guys all a real look at them before we recommend them. Since we currently own two products from Coloud ourselves, we already know it is aÂ productÂ and company we stand behind. We have covered the Coloud Marvel series, the Urban EarsÂ (still the same guys) and a set of their in ear ear-buds. Anyone can easily hear the difference and sound quality boost over in-ear vs over the ear. If you aren’t in the market for a set of $200 headphones, most of us aren’t, you still want some great sound for your buck. That is where Coloud has always shined.

Out of the numerous brands I have put on my head, coupled with the insane price tags of some, which had some high tags and terrible build quality, Coloud is still by far my personal favorite headphone manufacturer. The consistently have delivered a solid buildÂ qualityÂ and amazing sound without breaking the bank to do so. I personally don’t care if a rapperÂ endorsesÂ a set of headphones. I care if they sound good, can deal with my kids getting a hold of them and work long-term. I still use my Urban Ears and Marvel Series headphone today over my Beats and Soul head phones.

Coloud has just announced a completely new line of headphones that fits every budget and every personalÂ preference.From great ear cupping over the ears, to the small and fashionable in-ear style. Usually I would take the extra time to write-up what each of these offer in my own unique twist, but each description was too good to alter. So lets take a look at each one below.

THE BOOM

THE KNOCK

Wait, you thinkÂ orangeÂ is ugly. We feel ya, Coloud offers a wide variety of color options. From multi-color, black/grey/ two-tone blues, two-tone purples and many more. Each offers a unique color scheme to fit your colorful lifestyle, or lack of, and adds just a little more pop to your life.

Now we could stop there and sent you over to the Coloud Headphone website and let you look around a bit, but there are still two things we feel we have to mention. Coloud knows that we like great sound from our music, movies and games. They also know that a very large majority of people enjoying all those things are doing it on their cellphones now. So all three models also have an inline Mic and Remote. You can pause, play fast forward and rewind your tunes and even answer and hangup calls all without pulling out your phone. And one more super cool addition is the new tangle free system. All the cords on the new series are flat. You can loop it around the Zound Lasso, the bottom where the headphone jack is, and bend the plug to keep it all neat and tidy. Take a gander.

Pretty darn nifty. One more great image below of the wide color options found on the BOOM version. Many of the same colors are found across the entire line though.

I am kinda digging the white and red ones myself. They would be a perfect match for my white Galaxy S III. Oh ya, did you see that price tag? Only 40 bucks for the BOOM’s in any color. The KNOCK’s, which have all the same great features but are smaller and more ‘headphone’ like, will set you back only 30 bucks. While the in-ear POP’s will drain a cool $25 from your account.
