Looks like Google is pushing out a small little tweak to G+ from the backend today for everyone. The change allows you to see an approximation of how many views your profile and the content you have posted have had. Take a look:

Pretty interesting number to see really. Especially when it comes to a site page like ours. We have cleared 20 million views, but not nearly that many have filtered through to the actual page. It does give you a bit of a “WOW!” feeling when you see it though. Gives you a new appreciation for the power of G+.
The update is out and doesn’t require anything on your part. At lest it shouldn’t. It might take a refresh or two for it to filter in. You can check for the setting in you G+ settings page. You will want to check the box that says ‘Show how many times your profile and content have been viewed’.

You might be surprised at how many people have drifted through your page. I know I was. I don’t spend much time on my personal G+ page but here is what I was greeted with.

Never thought that many people popped through my page. Guess I should share more stuff.
Enjoy!
