Android 4.4 and the Nexus 5 have been on all our minds lately. Previous rumors of the unveiling of the Nexus 5 first hinted at a  October 14th event Google was planning. Other rumors suggested by the end of October. Today, Google Launchpad devs have opened their mouths, and they are saying October 15th is the day for the Nexus 5 and Android 4.4.
If you are wondering just what is Google Launchpad, it is a “two-week boot camp for early stage start-ups helping with subjects including user interface, product strategy & technology, marketing, business development and more.” The whole thing is sponsored by Google, just to help out those talented entrepreneurs. It is hard telling if this date is legit, because you would think Google would already be announcing some sort of an event for the unveiling. We will keep in eye on this though, and once we hearing anything we will let you know.
