Live Wallpapers are one of the few things I typically do not talk about. There are so many, and most of them do the same thing… inappropriately use resources. It’s a pretty difficult thing to do just to get me to install a LWP. There were guys at the Big Android BBQ walking around with shirts that had HUUGE QR codes on them with clever little signs like “Free stuff, scan me!” That was the last LWP I installed, and still never used it. My point is, they are cool, and some people really like them, but they aren’t really my style. Until now anyway. Let’s take a look at NexusKang 1.7.5 from @kmobs of Team Douche.
Team Douche, for those unaware, are the guys responsible for CyanogenMod. One of their more prominent team member, @kmobs, has been responsible for quite a bit of unrelated news recently, but he is also a very active contributor to the CyanogenMod project. Ever use Trackball Unlock? My phone is useless without it, and it’s all his work. Now he has taken the already slightly modified Nexus Neural Network LWP that comes on just about every phone now, and added a TON of settings, allowing you to completely customize this LWP into a completely unique experience. There’s a free version and a $.99 version, which I highly recommend, as it includes all of the options I talk about in this video below.
