Nova Launcher, perhaps the best ICS launcher currently available, just got an update to beta 15. Included in this update are features such as scrollable folders, improved responsiveness, and a bunch of bug fixes.
The full changelog can be found here:

- Scrollable folders (folders can have more than 16 apps)
- Fix folder reordering when changing orientation
- Fix default icon showing for sdcard apps
- Fix nova actions remaining highlighted
- Fix wallpaper positioning in landscape/tablets

As always, Nova Launcher is only available on Android 4.0 devices at the moment, so unless you have a Galaxy Nexus or a custom ICS ROM loaded up onto your device, you won’t be able to experience the light. If you’re running an ICS device then, download the launcher here.
