O2 UK delayed the release of HTC Desire

What O2 UK is trying to do? Are they trying test their customers patience? Today O2 UK announced that they are delaying the release of HTC Desire because the testing of Desire is taking time longer then expected. The HTC Desire is delayed until the next month. Have a look what O2 UK is saying:

“the testing we carry out to make sure the phone’s ready for launch has taken longer than we had hoped, meaning we won’t be able to launch it at the end of April like we originally planned. Instead, we’re aiming to get it launched for mid-May and we’ll update this page as soon as we have an exact date.

So now we the release month of May. O2 UK will launch the phone may be after May 15th. All you can do is to stay tuned with us, we are here to keep you updated.
