We learned recently from a source over at Droid-Life that the HTC Droid Incredible would be receiving an OTA update soon and within the update would be some really cool enhancements. Users are starting to see their OTA update and are very impressed.
The update includes:
- Verizon’s mobile hotspot app (Which you’ll have to pay for)
- 720p video recording
- Skype app integration
- New boot animation
Overall, this seems like a pretty rewarding update, 720p recording would bring you up to date with the top devices like the new Motorola Droid X or the HTC Evo 4G and the mobile hotspot app allows for you to turn your device into a Wi-Fi access point. Keep in mind that the hotspot feature is going to run you $20, but is overall a really worthy investment. So, accept and enjoy the update as this is more proof that that HTC Droid Incredible is still a top device.
