[Product Update] PowerSkin, NFC, Style, and Power

Power and NFC? That’s The Ticket

From our friends in lovely Costa Mesa, CA, PowerSkin, we have some new treats for the technophiles out there, NFC enabled PowerSkins for HTC One X+, the Galaxy Express, and Windows Phone 8X by HTC.  Those are some nice additions to the already deep line-up carried and manufactured by these humble folks.

For those of you who don’t know what a “PowerSkin” is, they are the only company in the market that offers shock-absorbing, NFC Capable, battery extending skins.  These skins are complete with a battery indicator on the rear of them so  you always know what sort of power you’ve got left, or don’t have left, however you want to look at it.  They debuted this new product a couple months ago in September with the Galaxy SIII as their initial case, they’ve now moved on to making this cool case for several more devices for all of us (that own these devices) to enjoy, or buy for someone else to enjoy.

“NFC technology is gaining momentum with the launch of all of these enabled phones, and the proprietary technology integrated into our battery cases allows for uninterrupted transmission of NFC signals,” said Shaun Ng, Product Manager for XPAL Power / PowerSkin®. “PowerSkin® has a competitive edge in the market, being the only brand to provide portable power and NFC capabilities within a protective case.”

The HTC One X+ case launched on the 7th of November will blessedly work with the originally launched One X and provides a power boost of 1500mAh of battery power.  This comes at a reasonable cost of $79.99 through PowerSkin, but for the time being, it is on sale for $69.99

The Galaxy Express is shipping on November 20th with a 2000mAh battery supply and is slated to be at the same price level, $79.99 as the HTC One X will be when it goes off sale.

For you HTC Windows Phone 8X users looking for some PowerSkin NFC capable love, cases for yours are slated to start shipping on the 28th of November and they come with a 1500mAh battery capable of boosting talk time by up to 60%, all for the easy to remember price of $79.99 as well.

Before I head off into the wild blue yonder for now, I leave you with a little bit about PowerSkin and XPAL (A company that helped PowerSkin make this all happen), so without further ado…here ya go:
