I seem to be on roll finding these clock live wallpapers. This application was developed by Wolf Labs and is called Clock Art Live Wallpaper. It is very simple and very clean.
You have a couple of useful settings while getting the wallpaper set. You can change the background to your own, change the frames per second, and even edit the components yourself. If you leave the settings alone and just set the wallpaper, it will look like the above screen shot. You have date, time, year, battery charge and in the middle you will see a compass.
