Rockstar Games to bring Grand Theft Auto Vice City to Android later this Fall

Rockstar games has quite the gaming line up under their belt. The entire Max Payne series is always a block buster on any platform and how could we forget Grand Theft Auto. I know the first time I heard news that GTAIII was headed to Android I almost couldn’t believe it. In celebration of Vice City hitting 10 years old, Rockstar Games plans on bringing that title mobile as well.

There does seem to be a catch though and not one that I like to hear. They will be releasing the game for “select iOS and Android devices later this fall.” It isn’t the ‘fall’ part that worries me, it is the ‘select Android devices’ that scares me.  NOt that it is all that surprising. We are sure that many of the older handsets will be left out of the car jacking goodness. Both ANdroid and iOS versions will have some enhancements made just for the mobile experience. They even mention native high-resolution graphics.

We don’t know about you guys, but we are pretty excited for this release. We will keep our eyes peeled for more information  game trailers and of course the actual launch of this amazing title.
