The rumor mill is churning a little faster now as the Samsung Galaxy Tab might be launching on Sprint November 14th. One of BGR’s ninjas dropped them a line stating that Sprint will offer the Galaxy Tab for $399 with a new 2-year contract and it’s speculated that the device will go for around $600 without.
Rumors are rumors folks, so no need getting yourselves worked up over something that isn’t confirmed, but we do expect the tab to cost more than devices now from marketing standpoint being that it’s new, it’s Sprint’s first tablet, and carriers just want to make money.
Features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab include:
- Android 2.2
- 7″ WSVGA enhanced TFT display
- 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird processor
- TouchWiz UI
- Front-facing camera
- Wi-Fi
- GPS
- Bluetooth
- Micro SD expandable up to 32GB
So, would you be willing to drop $400 and 2 years of your life for the Galaxy Tab?
