On April 21, Samsung Electronics filed a lawsuit in the Seoul Central District Court,
Korea against Apple Inc. citing five patent infringements. Separately, Samsung filed a suit in a court in Tokyo, Japan citing two patent infringements, and in Manheim,
Germany citing three patent infringements.Samsung is responding actively to the legal action taken against us in order to protect our intellectual property and to ensure our continued innovation and growth in the mobile communications business.
It’s such a competitive market for mobile  devices, which is great for the consumer, it’s just a shame companies have to resort to this sort fighting and name calling in order to show who has the biggest kahunas.  There are photos floating around showing devices from Samsung that look very similar to the iPhone and the pictures where taken even before the iPhone existed, or so they claim.  Why can’t they all just continue working on future devices that better the competitions and then we all win.
For now, we get to watch the legal shots being hurled back and forth like a tennis ball in a tennis game. Â Enjoy the show people!
