Looks like Christmas won’t be a total bust for all Samsung Galaxy S owners. A tip came into Phone Arena with a handy camera phone James Bond style photo, showing that on December 26th, the Epic 4G’s will start to receive their Froyo OTA. The update is expected to roll out over a 4 day time period and should update all Epic 4G’s that are in the wild.
Good news for them, still bad news for the rest of us Galaxy S owners who are still waiting impatiently for an update. Let’s hope this update doesn’t turn into another Samsung Intercept bricking debacle for Sprint customers.
