Good news Singapore, this new Galaxy S variant is headed your way. You’ll notice it looks very similar to the original Galaxy S, however it’s equipped a bit different. The most notable change made to the Galaxy SL is Super LCD display, which was used instead of the normal Super AMOLED. Other changes include the CPU, battery size, RAM, and a slightly thicker body.
This new addition to the Galaxy S line is set to go on sale starting tomorrow March 12th in Singapore for $628 off contract. For those people wishing to purchase this phone, it will be available from M1, SingTel, StarHub and miscellaneous retailers. A full list of retailers can be found at Samsung’s Mobile website.
