The Samsung Galaxy S is equipped with the Hummingbird processor which has a GPU that is said to produce 3 times faster performance than it’s competitor on the market today. The video below is proof. The HTC Desire is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. These two devices go head to head showing off a Quake 2 running test. You be the judge.
That Hummingbird processor moves through the game without any delay while the Snapdragon processor in the HTC Desire spends the whole game trying to keep up. Obviously, we can see the Galaxy S take the cake on this one. Still not enough? Below is the Galaxy S playing Kwaak 3 (The ported name of Quake 3).
I must say this processor and GPU is a monster!
