Some European HTC Sensation XL’s seeing ICS Updates

The bigger brother of the HTC Sensation, the Sensation XL, appears to be getting its update to Ice Cream Sandwich in some parts of Europe. If you have an unlocked version you should be able to snag the OTA right now. The file is 197MBs and Wi-Fi is recommended for speed and battery savings. It brings with it the much anticipated Android 4.0.3 along with the less exciting Sense 3.6. Much like its little brother got. Some are also reporting that the update is also available for Three UK customers as well. No other word on other carrier updates at this time though. You can always hit up the settings of your device and the about phone section and see if you can prompt for it. Good luck and happy updating.
