Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 coming to AT&T soon

One of the more eye-candied Android handsets available in the world, The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, is making news yet again. It’s been a long time since the  phone has been launched by Sony Ericsson, yet still not available in the US. According to BGR, The Sony Ericsson X10 is definately coming to AT&T and will be available in the April-May time frame at a price point around $199 with 2 year contract. It was rumored last year that the Xperia X10 was coming to T-Mobile  and Vodafone’s official site states that the phone is coming to them in April as well.

One last thing, it was reported that Xperia X10 will come with Android 1.6, not 2.0 or 2.1, but they will update it to the latest version of Android after the launch. These days, everyone is looking forward to Android 2.1 powered phones like the Nexus One, HTC Desire, and Dell Mini 5 . But one thing is noticeable, the price of the X10. Only $199 for a very good phone on 2 years contract. The price is hot and it will be a big challenger.
