Ice Cream Sandwich is finally showing up on new phones coming out, and the Sony Xperia series is getting the frozen treat to their new phone called the neo L. That is not a typo, apparently the “neo” is supposed to be lowercased. Also this phone was originally called “the V” but like most phones, name changes occur like crazy. The neo L is going to be more of a mid-range phone, but having some ICS on it will definitely satisfy even the hardcore Android users.
The neo L will be rocking a single-core 1 GHZ processer, a 4-inch display, 512mb of RAM, 1GB of internal memory with SD card slot, 5 MP camera with 720p HD video capture, and a 1500mah battery. Nothing to crazy but like I said, mid-range phone.
Apparently the neo L is headed to China at the moment, so if you are in the US you will have to wait for it to get on a boat. Anybody going to give this phone a try?
