For all the Sony Xperia Tablet S users in the U.S., good news! Sony has updated the Tablet S to 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and has put together a video to show off all the features that you’ve been missing out on.

The update includes all the things you would expect to come with Jelly Bean: Larger contact photos, expandable notifications, re-sizable widgets, re-sizable and movable pop-up browser windows, the list goes on. I think it was a bit silly to use the Netflix apps to show off features like the new voice control since the app seemed to struggle on the tablet, but nevertheless, I am sure the Jelly Bean update is a welcome upgrade for patient Tablet S users.
The Xperia Tablet S update is currently live in the U.S. and its availability will vary region to region; you will see a notification in the bottom right corner if it is available.
