Close on the heels of the Official HTC release of the Android 1.6 (Donut) updates for the ADP and Google I/O phones, it has been confirmed that T-Mobile has begun roll out of the Android 1.6 (Donut) update to a few T-Mobile G1 owners. Androidandme posted this update during the night:

We reported earlier tonight that T-Mobile could be sending out the over the air update for Android 1.6 as early as tonight. I seriously doubted the rumor, but it looks like I was proven wrong. Two readers have already confirmed that they received the OTA and one even sent in pictures to prove it.
So come on guys and gals let’s see if someone can find the direct link to the update file so everyone can shared in the Donut goodness. Any news on a Roger’s update?
