T-Mobile teases launch of Xperia Z tomorrow in new Video
T-Mobile put up a short, 23 second, video today of a guy grabbing his phone and jumping in the pool. Looks pretty cool. The caption is ” What if your Smartphone could do this?” While we know Samsung has announced the Galaxy S4 Active, which is capable of doing the same, it has yet to be confirmed for a carrier and is expected for its first hands on at their event in London. All signs point to tomorrow being the announcement of the Sony Xperia Z.
We have seen it pop up in T-Mobile docs, test device images and the Sony CEO saying “a” U.S. carrier launch soon. It all fits the mold for T-mobile to announce the Xperia Z on their network tomorrow. To bad the links all point towards Facebook for the announcement. We will still keep an eye peeled for them to make the announcement and find out pricing details. It probably won’t be available tomorrow though, but it should at least announced.
