T-Mobile’s HSPA+ Coverage Expands to 9 New Cities

T-Mobile is gearing up to launch their first HSPA+ device and what’s the best way to have a successful launch? How about expanding HSPA+ coverage to allow more future G2 owners to experience the top network speeds. T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network is now reaching the following cities:

  • Boston, MA
  • Erie, PA
  • Fresno, CA
  • Palm Springs, CA
  • San Diego, CA
  • Miami, FL
  • Richmond, VA
  • Spokane, WA
  • Topeka, KS

T-Mobile currently has the fastest speeds at 21Mbps and they plan on doubling that speed next year. The T-Mobile G2, which is suspected to be launching September 29th, will max out at just over 14Mbps, but it will still trump the competition. If you’re like me and currently on T-Mobile’s EDGE network, T-Mobile is planning on adding more cities as fast as they can.
