There is a group of people in this world of a certain age who will be going weak at the knees reading the title of this article. I am unfortunately (or fortunately) not in this age group, but the idea of a mobile game based on a board game excites me no end.
Talisman Prologue comes from a long pedigree of board games from Games Workshop which is now making its way to Android on April 25th. The blurb from the Talisman website reads: “Talisman Prologue is a single player game based on the Talisman board game. Play as 10 characters from the game using strategy, card drawing, dice-rolling and a lot of luck! Play through 50 quests using the rules from the board game.”
From what I can tell so far, the game appears as deep as the board game itself and looks every bit the part. Have a watch of the trailer below.
