Tegra 3 Quad-Core chips could be in your hands as early as Nov 7th thanks to Asus

This is a rather interesting news. I am still on fence about quad-core Android devices personally. I think we still have too much exploring and improvements to make with the dual-core before we progress to the next-gen of chip sets. I am certain that will never happen though. The public wants more and they want it last week. so it should come as no surprise that Asus just might have enough momentum to pull it off first.

The rumor surrounding this information came courtesy of an overseas site that had the Asus Transformer 2 listed with a Tegra 3 chip and a release date of November 7th. That information has since been removed from the site. Some might take that as proof to give more credence to the claim. To add a little more fuel to the fire, Jerry Shen, Asus CEO, placed the same date on the device. Things are adding up pretty quick. Lets also add in the fact that Jonney Shih, Asus Chairman, will be speaking next week at the All Things Digital event. Guess who else will be there? NVIDIA CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang. All the players will be in attendance and I am betting we will all hear a lot of big news rolling out of that event.
