“Why won’t you just die!!!”
This morning when I woke up, I found that my G1 was sitting on my desk (not strange as this is where it stays most of the time), but what struck me as odd was the fact that the phone seemed to be on and the notification LED was flashing. Not really knowing what was going on, I woke the phone from its hibernation and checked to see what it was. To my surprise, there wasn’t really a notification, but the battery was in fact low.
For what it’s worth, the last time I remember turning my G1 on was when I first got my Nexus One in the mail and I was attempting to move over my SMS and other information. That happened about a month ago. Now I know for sure that my iPod Touch has lasted about 3 weeks just sitting on my desk when not in use but still powered on, but the fact that my G1 just seemed to show a light out of nowhere struck me as odd…
Has anyone experienced any outrageously long battery life…? Or is my phone simply the “Dark Knight” and decides to turn on at night and patrol my desk while I am sleeping…
