In the past two days, we have seen the Motorola Droid X running Android 2.2. First, was a screenshot taken from a Droid X, followed by an image today showing off the whole device with an obvious “2.2” located under “Firmware Version.” It seems that more images have surfaced after the initial story was reported and the guys over at Droid-Life have a nice little gallery of the device showing Froyo features such as Apps to SD, Adobe flash 10.1 and Backup Assistant. On a disappointing note, the benchmarks ran on this device were surprisingly low and represent that of the Motorola Droid X running Android 2.1
