Transformer Prime shows off in a benchmark test, is that 2GB of RAM I See?

With each new day we are one step closure to getting our hands on the new tablet by ASUS. The Transformer Prime will be the first official Tegra 3 quad-core device to become available to the public. While we sit and wait impatiently for all the official announcements regarding the launch date and the price tag, we can’t help but want to know more about it. Being the first quad-core device, it has a lot to live up too. As long as ASUS can pull it off, this should be one heck of a device. As you can see from the benchmark testing that was run, it killed everything on the market today. That is what we would have expected to see.

Something else I noticed in the score that we haven’t heard anywhere else yet, is that first little blue section. Cross referencing that with the handy-dandy color coded explanation at the bottom, it looks like the Prime will be running 2GB of RAM. I can only assume that by looking at the test results, but if you look at all the other devices that we know have 1GB of RAM, their blue sections are half the size. It is just possible that it is 1GB of RAM only faster, not sure at this moment. This is shaping up to be a monster!

Anyone else out there super stoked about his device?
