U.S. Samsung Galaxy S IIIs pass through Bluetooth SIG

The Samsung Galaxy S III seems to continue to be a hot topic even after its announcement. For good reason too, we don’t have it in our hands yet. Until the SGSIII hits the states we will all still be watching and waiting for the device and all information related to it. That brings us to a Bluetooth SIG  approval that hit just the other day, offering up some device number confirmations along with the usual bit of Bluetooth info.

Model number SGH-I747 appears to be all but confirmed as the version that AT&T will be getting and the SGH-T999 should be T-Mobiles. While it isn’t a surprise to see both of them appear, it is interesting that AT&T’s and T-Mobile’s passed through first. We haven’t seen Sprint’s or Verizon’s mentioned much. We know they should be getting one too, but it looks like theirs might launch after the two GSM carriers versions. That would be just fine by us truthfully.

As you can see though, the images for the certification are of the international version, so no sneak peaks for us just yet. Between a design difference that we expect and the potential 2GBs of RAM and the Qualcomm S4, there really isn’t much left to know is there?
